Troubleshooting & FAQ

The monitor screen is completely blank during normal operation.

Verify if the monitor has been configured to Stand-By Mode. In this mode, the display remains off until a pedestrian detection event occurs or an external trigger (such as the machine shifting into reverse) activates the screen. Ensure the power supply is stable between 10V-32V DC.

I am locked out of the monitor and cannot access the settings.

The system requires an 8-character alpha-numeric password to unlock the settings menu. This password is provided on the inside flap of the original packaging. For security, do not leave this password inside the machine. If the password is lost, please contact your Authorised Proxicam Distributor for assistance.

The rear camera view does not automatically display when reversing.

Ensure the Reverse Trigger Input (AUX wire) on the 27-PIN harness is properly connected to a positive 12V/24V reverse signal from the machine. Check the Triggers menu to verify that the Rear Display priority is correctly configured.
