FleetHQ Data Analytics Platform

Summary

The Proxicam FleetHQ platform is a centralized, cloud-based analytics portal that aggregates safety and operational data from the Proxicam DV-Hub. It empowers fleet and safety managers with real-time notifications, video event logs, and detailed asset telemetry to proactively manage workplace risk. This guide addresses the most common questions regarding platform navigation, data retrieval, and reporting functionalities.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

1. How do I access the FleetHQ platform?
FleetHQ is a web-based application accessible by navigating to www.fleethq.com.au in your standard web browser. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for optimal performance. Enter your assigned username (email address) and password at the login screen. If you do not have credentials, contact Proxicam support.

2. Are continuous video recordings from my fleet uploaded to FleetHQ?
No. Continuous HD video recordings from the cameras are stored locally on the DV-Hub's internal solid-state drive (SSD) and are not uploaded to the cloud. FleetHQ only receives and stores 10-second high-definition video clips triggered by specific proximity detection events. To review continuous recording videos please use the DV-Player app found on the SSD drive.

3. How do I change my account password and display preferences?
Click the top-left "burger" menu to open the main navigation pane. Select the ellipsis (three dots) next to your username, then click Preferences. Within this menu, you can set a new password, and adjust your unit of measurement, language, and date settings.

4. How can I filter the dashboard to view events for a specific vehicle or depot?
Navigate to the Dashboards menu. Use the data filters at the top of the screen to search by Groups (depots or business units), Vehicles (asset registration), and a specific date range. Click the Refresh button to populate the dashboard with your targeted metrics.

5. Where do I review the video footage and location of a pedestrian detection event?
On the Dashboards page, locate the Event Video Selection list. Clicking on a specific event will play the 10-second HD video snippet containing up to four camera channels.

6. What information does the Trips module provide?
The Trips module provides a comprehensive historical view of your assets' movements. By selecting an asset and clicking GET, you can review detailed telemetry including trip start/end locations, speed, heading, idle times, and ignition status. You can also export this data as a CSV or KMZ file by selecting the Select button, selecting the desired trips and clicking the Download icon in the top-right of the page.

7. Can I set up virtual boundaries to monitor when a machine enters a specific area?
Yes. Using the Geofences module, you can draw custom virtual boundaries on the map. These geofences allow you to track when vehicles enter or leave designated high-risk zones or customer locations, and can be configured to trigger automated alerts.

8. How do I integrate FleetHQ data into my company's existing management software?
FleetHQ supports data integration with external applications and BI platforms via API, listeners, and forwarders. To manage secure access, administrators can generate and configure API keys using the Token Manager tool located in the main user menu. [TBD: Missing Info - Detailed API endpoint documentation and integration schema].
